The Alberta Elite Hockey League is pleased to present AEHL Rinkside, hosted by Troy Gillard, featuring players and coaches from the AEHL every month. This edition features Calgary U18 AAA Buffaloes goaltender Nick Jones.
Jones is currently playing in his fourth season with the Calgary Buffaloes Hockey Association, having suited up for the Calgary U15 AAA Bisons from 2017-2019, and the CBHA U16 AAA Rangers in 2019-20.
Jones won the 2019 Alberta Cup as a member of Team Alberta Red, and went on to represent his province with Team Alberta at the 2019 WHL Cup. He was selected in the fifth round, 93rd overall by the Brandon Wheat Kings in the 2019 WHL Draft.
